Is MSC Seascape really THAT bad?

Just got off it yesterday.
The boat is beautiful.

We all thought the food was great and had no major complaints about food, just small personal preferences on it.

The design of the interior cabins leaves a lot to be desired. The bathroom is the worst layout of any boat I have ever been on, before you sit down, open the cabinet door under the sink to give a tiny bit more legroom.
The layout of the ship itself was odd to us as it we different than anything else we had been on.

Felt like too much space was given to yacht club and not the rest.pf the people.

You cannot walk around the boat in a complete circle at all on any deck, deck 8 is the closest you can get but you are walking thought the upscale steakhouse outdoor seating to do so on the port side.
Many small design features made us not want to go back on it but we had a great time while we were on it.

The X Edge class ships have a great walking track, but it is not MSC. I prefer Yacht Club to the Suites on X. Their pricing is out of this world, and they have not perfected the "ship within a ship" model the way MSC has. X has tried to add MSC things, like private drop off for Retreat Luggage and an escort onto the ship, but they fell short on that, as they did by putting Lumenae on the side of the ship that is so open and loud it is like being in the MDR. I have read they have fixed some of this on the Ascent. We will be on Ascent, but the suite prices were too high. We don't like the window cabin they call a balcony cabin, so we have a rear veranda.

I know the MSC ships are a bit like a maze, but hey, you just deal with it and enjoy all the amenities that are being offered. Where else can you find a glass floor several floors over a pool?
