Didn't the program roll out end of July 2023?  If so, nobody yet would be past their initial 12 months eligibility period.

After doing some work 

Holland American wants you to re varefi every 335 days.

 

Additionally, the reason it says that you have to do it or verify every year is because Holland America Line only allows customers to get verified once every 335 days.
