$50 CCL--NCL offers?

Recommended Posts

My husband, who plays in the casino, gets offers from Carnival for a $50 inside cabin-last minute (usually sales within a week) sailings.  Does NCL offer anything like that?  Cruising them soon, and if so, I'll make sure I play enough and get enough points to qualify.

From my years of experience with NCL, they don't solicit or dangle any low rate offers to their gamblers.  You have to call them, have a cruise/time in mind, and wait until they tap their keyboard to see what kind of reduced room rate they could provide.  It's not at all transparent.

That said, you may get an offer from a land-based casino that's tied to NCL.  Then you'll know if the offer is for an inside room, balcony, etc....but there are admin and port fees on top of that that put your price in WAY higher than $50.
