0493669935 Posted June 11 #1 Share Posted June 11 Travelling on the 15th June. If anyone on board knows the answers to these questions I would be very grateful. Can you get Euros on board and if so the approx. exchange rate? Cost of a weekly spa pass
Rare Pushpit Posted June 11 #2 Share Posted June 11 Yes, if the sailing is going to the Eurozone then you can make forex purchases on board, with the equivalent of $500 maximum per day. It's one the few things that is not charged to your onboard account. I have no idea of exchange rate, but any hospitality sector forex, which is necessarily one step removed from live markets, is going to hedge the exchange rates in their favour to prevent being out of pocket by sudden exchange rate movements. So it's also certainly better to get Euros ahead of travel, or at the port of arrival. Many ports have ATMs in or near them, just avoid Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC).

Cost of a weekly spa pass 7 day spa pass is $149 ( or was last week on QA) Exchange rate for Euros on any Cunard ship will be terrible, best to use a local ATM or pay with card
