MSC World Europa - soft serve ice cream available?

Does MSC World Europa have a place to get soft serve ice cream, where you can use the non-alcoholic and kids drink packages?
Soft serve is included in both these packages, but I’ve seen videos that say there’s no soft serve on the pool decks. This would probably make the package worthwhile for my kids, but only if soft serve is actually available.
