Hilton Caribe?

Anyone stayed at the Hilton Caribe prior to cruising? I am usually a Marriott person, but my TA suggested the Hilton. I want a nice beach, nice pool, and would LOVE a swim-up bar!!!

i was there in december. the hotel,grounds, facilities are stunning. there's a beach, pool, swim up bar, several restaurants, starbucks, shops etc. my only complaint was that i paid $$$$ and i was in the old part of the hotel and it was quite smelly. we held our breath in our room. but we also had the consierge service which more than made up for this. the hotel is sooooo big and there are different names for each section of hotel. i think i was in the main building. i was on the 9th floor where the consierge lounge was. we were there 2 nights pre and 2 nights post cruise.
