What exactly is the point of "Concierge Class"?

A few "pfffff" so-called Canapés that look like cut up leftovers from the buffet and are (and that's the worst part), unceremoniously dropped in the cabin as early as 2pm. Sitting there, uncovered to fester away.

We asked the delivery to be stopped on day three.

That "Concierge " was not even able (willing) to make a Specialty restaurant reservation for us.

Meh...

Why not throw in some perks for concierge? the room location seems to be the only benefit.  It doesn't have to be as good as retreat/aqua class, but something that seems nice. Why not throw in a specialty restaurant? A free day pass to the spa? Something that make it seems worth it
