konatyme Posted July 7 #2 Share Posted July 7 One easy and effective way to do this is to reserve a car in Juneau; you can walk to the rental place to pick it up.(Or at least we could when went about 4 years ago.) We drove right away to the glacier and got there before huge crowds. We spent all the time we wanted looking around, then drove along the river to the end of the road.
