Approximately what time do they have the muster drill?

Usually it's just before the ship leaves the pier.

But not so close that you miss watching the ship leave. Ours was around 4 pm and our ship didn't pull away until around 6:30 pm.

On our cruise on the Miracle the ship pulled out from port when we were at the Mister drill:(

Ours was at 3:30 and I think we left about 4:15-4:30. I've heard of some cruises where passengers were putting their lifejackets back in their cabin and the ship started moving. Guess it depends on a lot of factors.

On my last four cruises, the ship pulled away from the dock at about the same time the muster drill ended.
