Lack of enrichment lectures, menu enhancements and local entertainment

I just returned from a wonderful cruise on the Celebrity Equinox to Spain, Portugal and Morocco. We really loved our experience but felt it would have been nice if the activities and food offerings could have reflected the itinerary more. On other lines we sailed  there were lectures about the history about the places we were visiting, dinner menu items specific to the region as well as local acts brought on to really give you a flavor of where you are. The Celebrity “Today” looked almost identical to ones I had in the Caribbean. 
I am looking to explore other continents including Asia and Australia with Celebrity but am concerned about the lack of these enhancements. Are there plans to include these items on more sailings?
