Hello,

 

I booked my cruise under the following offer. I am a little confused as to whether both my wife and I get the $50 Fun Play and Drinks, or if only I get it.

Offer is capacity controlled and is not combinable with any other discount or promotional offer. This promotional offer is applicable for 1st/2nd guests only; 3rd /4th /5th guests are responsible for prevailing cruise rates. Offer is for cruise fare and includes Required Cruise Fees & Expenses and Government Taxes & Fees. Promotional deposit of $99 per person is non-refundable and applicable to all sailings. Guest may select the room but category restrictions apply. Free upgrades are assigned at the time of booking and are based on availability in like to like categories only (interior to interior, ocean view to ocean view and balcony to balcony). Free room location upgrade is not available on upper/lower, obstructed, and cove categories. Promotion is available for Room assignment and may be available for guarantee (Inside/Ocean View/Balcony) Rooms. If a guest selects a guarantee cabin, Carnival will assign the stateroom at a later time. Guests who select the ocean view, balcony or suite stateroom types may be assigned partially to fully obstructed views. Carnival reserves the right to withdraw and/or change offer at any time without prior notice. Carnival reserves the right to assess a change fee according to the date of the request, the length of the cruise, and the actual cruise sail date. Cancellation penalties apply. Offer is valid for guests with a qualifying VIFP Club Member number. Offer is applicable to new bookings only. Offer subject to availability and valid for new bookings only made by the VIFP Club® Member named in this offer communication. The eligible VIFP Club® Member must sail to redeem this offer. Carnival® reserves the right to withdraw or change the offer at any time without prior notice. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking. Carnival’s standard cancellation penalties will apply to cancellations and no-shows for any reason and will be assessed based on the prevailing cruise fare. A charge will be made only in the event of a cancellation or no show. Offer is available on select sailings within the applicable sailing window. Please request Rate Code PXF.

 

To redeem the FunPlay credits, the named VIFP Club member must bring the original mail piece to the casino cashier’s desk on board. Enjoyment of the FunPlay credits is subject to validation, and Carnival reserves the right to refuse redemption. Prior to cashing, the named VIFP Club member will be required to show a valid ID to confirm his or her name. No name changes allowed. FunPlay credits are in U.S. dollars, non-transferable and may be issued in the form of cash, Free Play, onboard credit, or non-refundable onboard credit, as determined by Carnival in its sole discretion. FunPlay credits may vary based on sailing.

 

Complimentary drinks are available only while actively playing in the casino and limited to casino bar menu items. Drinks benefit is valid for the eligible VIFP Club Member. Must be 21 or older to purchase and/or consume alcoholic beverages. Due to Texas state law, our Drinks On Us! benefit is not available on embarkation day for sailings departing from Galveston, TX, but will be available at the start of day two. Additional restrictions may apply. Carnival Players Club® reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion at any time.

Ok thanks. That's what I thought but what confused me is it says this "This promotional offer is applicable for 1st/2nd guests only" but I think that is for the "room upgrade" only.

Right, the casino comps are only extended to whoever the offer was extended to.

 

Some casino offers state "for you and a companion" - but this one doesn't.
