If you are sailing from the UK, yes. If the ‘tea tray’ is not in your room on embarkation, just remind your steward that you would like one and it will appear.

We sailed on the Caribbean Princess this May out of Southampton on a Northern Cities cruise and there was no tea tray or kettle in our cabin.  We had to ask our steward if it was possible to have one.  No problem.
