Half Moon Cay Beach Villa

We have a beach villa booked at Half Moon Cay for our upcoming cruise in November. Can someone who has recently had a beach villa confirm that there are still hot tubs.  Holland America’s description says that there is but I saw another post that said that they were being removed.  Any help you can give us will be appreciated as we are trying to determine if we need to cancel if there isn’t a hot tub.

There's a post on the Carnival board that the hot tubs are being removed.

We also have one reserved in November for a HAL cruise.  Got an email yesterday informing us that the hot tubs have been removed.  Unlike the email that Carnival folks got - we did not get any discount/refund, etc - just the option to cancel.  

 

I emailed HAL asking about it - we'll see what they say.

We cancelled ours after I saw what the people on Carnival were saying. The hot tubs were the reason we booked the villa.

We just rented a Villa at HMC July 21-28th cruise with Carnival. The hot tub was not working. Carnival took 10% off the costs. We rented Villa E. It was really nice in July with it being so hot in the sun. We had a private bathroom, dining room, mini fridge and rafts and snorkel gear.
