hstrybuf Posted June 18, 2004 #2 Share Posted June 18, 2004 We've never had a problem taking champagne on board in our carry on. As for the duct tape, it's a temporary fix for a loose hem in pants or a skirt, fixes broken luggage and tons more. Crazsea Posted June 18, 2004 #3 Share Posted June 18, 2004 I agree, not a problem! I was on the Triumph in April and carried on 3 bottles of a low shelf champagne to make Mimosas in the mornings. There were no questions asked, and I applaud Carnival for that. I cruise them all, but by far I spend more money on my Carnival cruises than any other line simply because IMHO, they're just so darn fun! My average bar bill even after the champagne is $700.00. So hats off to Carnival for letting us bring on a bit of the bubbly for in cabin consumption!!
