Chair saving a new twist!

If the guy on the lounge chair behind me asked politely and explained something like he was trying to watch his kids, or maybe I was in his way of taking a photograph or something, I would move out of his way.

Otherwise, if he had had been rude, I would have just ignored him and stayed there.

REVNEAL: *LOL* Loved your responce :)

Watching his kids would have been legitimate, but then I think he would have said something like "Would you mind terribly shifting just a bit so I can watch my kids???" Whole other story ... I'd gladly move aside.

But HIS VIEW???? His view of what??? The pool?? Puleeeez!:D

Nope ... I wouldn't have moved. I would have told him if he wanted that view he can take the bench and I'll take his lounge:) .

Why is the bench there? For people to sit on when all the lounge chairs are saved (all day with no one showing up to use them).

I might have responded with "Fine, we can switch you sit on the bench and I'll take your lounge chair as I'm not interested in the view"

I've seen that man!!! He was on our last HAL cruise and cut in on the Buffet line for breakfast. Passed everyone saying he didn't want any of the items that were at the beginning of the line. I did notice that no one else wanted those items either but stood in line and waited anyway. What is it about some who have that sense of Entitlement!!
