Flying Dutchman - time question

We will be in St Maarten in Nov - Looking for information on what kind of time are we looking at to go on the Dutchman?  Is it something we can plan to do something afterwards (or before hand)  Or is it a one and done kind of day?

I would plan on at least 2 hours plus travel time. There are multiple zip lines, tubing, and a bar at the top of the mountain. There's also a museum about the plantation that was formerly on those grounds.
