Need HA insurance policy

I purchased insurance through HA but cannot find a copy of the policy.  Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Try going to this site. Aon Affinity (affinitytravelcert.com) 

 

Go to the bottom section Holland America Line CPP Platinum - Product Details, enter your State and then download the PDF of the policy.

Just out of curiosity, which plan did you purchase?  Standard or Platinum.  The standard policy does not offer anything after boarding.
