Car rental post-cruise in Lisbon

Hello, Hello, does anyone know of a car rental agency near the cruise ship port in Lisbon? We're ending our cruise in Lisbon and need to rent a car to drive to our next destination (outside of the city). Trying to determine the most convenient location to rent a car. Or a car rental company that will deliver a car to the port--if one exists!

Nearest to the cruise terminal about 500m is Europcar but they don't open at the weekend if that is when you are going to be there.

Alternatively 15 minutes in a taxi will get you to the airport where you will have load of choice.

 

And just a caution, driving in Portugal and especially Lisbon can be 'interesting'.

Thank you so much for your reply!  We're arriving on a Saturday, otherwise the Europcar would be exactly what we were hoping for.  I guess we'll trek to the airport for car rental after all.
