cabin numbers on the Vista w/noise issues

We were on Deck 12 on Vista for a B2B2B and never heard any noise from neighbors....

Personally, we don’t sail in the highest suites. But I think that sound proofing insulation should be adequate not just in the suites but in all other cabins on the ship as well. So the money should be spent to fix the problem around the whole ship.
