filadin Posted March 29, 2006 #1 Share Posted March 29, 2006 We are going to be on the Jewel next week with two adjoining minisuite cabins - the kids in one, my wife and I in the other. We have two questions: 1) Can we lock or have locked the balcony door in the kids cabin so that they cannot open the balcony door? 2) Can we have someone open the partition between the two balconies to give us more room? Thanks in advance.
Zimomiller Posted March 29, 2006 #2 Share Posted March 29, 2006 We sailed the Jewel the week of 2/26/06. We had side by side balcony cabins for our family of 5. The girls in 1, the boys in the other. We had the room steward open the balcony partition and we ended up having a 2 room suite with a big balcony. Not sure how you could secure the other rooms balcony door to be locked shut. But you could ask.
filadin Posted March 29, 2006 Author #3 Share Posted March 29, 2006 Thank you very much. I have been cruising since 1984, but this will be our kids first cruise. Having the large balcony should be great.
