During our official CHECK IN this keeps coming up and won't go away.

Can't do anything with this as we have our own travel insurance thru AAA and any "add-ons options" for my wife ?

However, it says we are 100% CHECK IN so I'm assuming it's nothing to be concerned with ? ? ?

Try doing what they ask (I think the second guest is on a tab at the top of the check in section) and just decline all the options. It's not that you have to get insurance, you just have to check the box that you don't want it for all passengers.

We have had it too, forget it; don't worry,   It says you are 100% checked in and that is all you need to worry about.   Well also getting to the ship two hours before sailing!!!   VBG

Just means if she wants the insurance or to book stuff on her own card she'll need to log in separately.  You're fine.
