JTSpitfire Posted March 29, 2006 #1 Share Posted March 29, 2006 Galaxy 9137 looks pretty decent (mid-ship, balcony, suite on deck above rather than a high pax traffic area). Anyone have any experience with this cabin? Thanks! JTSpitfire
Glendakayself Posted March 29, 2006 #2 Share Posted March 29, 2006 We were in 9133, two doors down, on 1/21 cruise. It was quiet - never heard any other pax. We stayed on balcony for the Panama Canal and had a great view. Our cruise was in rough waters, but we did not feel a lot of motion -- just heard the coat hangers rattle and the closet door rattle at night. We had a VCR with tapes available at guest relations. Only disappointment: we like the sliders in balcony cabins on Summit. There is only a floor to ceiling glass door to the balcony on Galaxy which does not afford as much of a view from the inside as the sliders on m-class ships. The balcony partition, however, is more solid and affords more privacy than on Summit. Enjoy,
MSBYRDY Posted March 29, 2006 #3 Share Posted March 29, 2006 We just returned from Galaxy and were in 9095, quiet area and you should be just fine. Marilyn
