Sabatini's Breakfast times on Disembarkation day - Sky

Does anyone with recent experience know if Sabatini's is open on disembarkation morning and what time it opens?  We are trying to work out what time to arrange for a car to pick us up in Southampton and do not want to miss our last Suite breakfast.

Not the Sky but we were on the Enchanted in March and it was 6:30-8:30.

Thank you.  Hopefully both ships are the same, but I know it can vary.  We were hoping for at least by 7am so we could arrange for a car to pick us up by 08:30 so 06:30 is great

Just off the Sky it’s definitely 6.30 to 8.30 am
