Hello we just got this cabin(we bought a GTY inside) for the inaugural transatlantic on the QA in January. Any thoughts on locale of cabin and or if any special activities or gifts for inaugural TA?

I'm surprised you got allocated a guaranteed cabin so early. I'm booked on the same crossing and also in a guaranteed cabin (obstructed balcony) and haven't been allocated anything yet.

Expect the Atlantic to be rough in January. Being high up and quite far forward you'll be more susceptible to feeling the ship's motion. There might be some noise from the commodore club too depending how early you like to turn in for the night. Otherwise, you're conveniently located near the pool, commodore club and buffet.

As for special activities and gifts, I haven't heard anything but I have my fingers crossed.
