Can you order boxed lunches to take with for Alaska Ports?

We are sailing on the Star the end of May. Can you order boxed lunches to take with you at the Alaska Ports? I Know you can order room service and bring baggies, but was hoping that for US ports, they will pack "to go boxes".

We are sailing on the Star the end of May. Can you order boxed lunches to take with you at the Alaska Ports? I Know you can order room service and bring baggies, but was hoping that for US ports, they will pack "to go boxes".

I've never heard of ordering boxed lunches to take ashore. As you said, you can order room service & pack it up yourself.

 

There is a warning in the daily however, "fruits & vegetables are not allowed to be taken ashore".
