Traveller1212 Posted Saturday at 04:59 PM #1 Share Posted Saturday at 04:59 PM I booked my cruise on a travel website and then saw offer on the NCL website - I called NCL and asked if the bonus was solely if booked direct with NCL - NCL agent said to ask the travel website 🙄 Has anyone gotten the extra points when booking through a TA? thanks Past Guest Offer INCLUDED For a limited time only, Latitudes Members receive additional Latitudes Points per night, plus the standard Latitudes Points per night for booking this cruise. MagnoliaBlossom Posted Saturday at 05:13 PM #2 Share Posted Saturday at 05:13 PM (edited) It shouldn’t matter who you book through, but the offer says on SELECT cruises only, so you need to look at that list of cruises and see if yours is listed. If so, yu can look at the booking codes inthe upper right hand side of your confirmation. Ain’t should show the offer code. You can see all the codes in a stick on this board. Rare OrcaGirl Posted Saturday at 08:53 PM #3 Share Posted Saturday at 08:53 PM I've always received the correct additional Latitudes points when booking through a certain big box membership-based retailer's travel arm. As long as the correct Latitudes number is entered at the time of booking. One thing I have had to do, though, is call the travel agent back to ensure my spouse's correct Latitudes number is updated on the booking, as they often only take mine at booking and auto-generate a new number for him. As noted above, though, the Past Guest offer needs to have been in effect for that specific sailing at the time of booking in order for it to apply.
