Yellowjacket1 Posted June 20, 2004 #1 Share Posted June 20, 2004 Need help with some advice for walking tours for New Orleans. Wife and I leave Wednesday for New Orleans as part of our 26th wedding anniversary celebration. We have all the arrangements made, know where we're going to be eating, and what we're going to be doing each day, EXCEPT: We want to take a walking tour of either the French Quarter or the Garden District, or both. We'd like some suggestions for walking tours as to who provides the best value and most entertainment. Neither of us cares for Anne Rice, so seeing her home is not important to us. We're also too old to care about the MTV house. SOOO . . . . Do any of you have suggestions about what would be a good walking tour of either the French Quarter and/or the Garden District (Need names of companies and/or links)? Thanks, Steve Lord, I was born a ramblin man . . .
