icon_confused.gif When a cruise is chartered? Is there a way to find out who chartered it? icon_confused.gif

My family and I (total of 7) are scheduled to sail on the MIRACLE on December 5 for our first cruise- when I tried to "upgrade the room" I got the following message: The requested sailing is currently not available because either the sailing is closed, or the ship is in Wet dock or Dry-dock. No categories are available.

I called my Carnival PVP and was told that it looks like the sailing has been "chartered".

Has anyone else ever been in this situation?

Until the MIRACLE sails
