Arcade Game Charges

In Adventure ocean...are there charges to use the arcade games as well as the virutal submarine?

According to my 12 year old son, the games in the Arcade range in price from .75-$1.50 with most games being a $1.00. There is a little "vending machine" in the arcade where you put a charge on your SeaPass card and then insert the card into the game to play. there are some games within Adventure Ocean and they are all free. They also have computer games and

PS2's.
