Thank you for sharing your videos, but more importantly, thank you for putting the safety of yourself, your companions, and your crew above the need for video of the fire. It amazes me that people sat on their balconies taking video and photos of the fire instead of calling for help or trying to help others. My firefighter friends were shocked and amazed to hear that people were just hanging out on their balconies taking pictures. I realize that the call to muster had not been made, but I probably would have been grabbing my backpack instead of taping the horror.

 

I am not saying that the people who took video and photos are bad people, I just think it was a bad call.
