Hi cruise family. Need help. I am not computer savy. Can someone tell me what the RSS feed from cruise critic is that is now showing when we enter the boards. Is it some thing that we can use. I am willing to learn . Thanks suexxx

Try googling. I don't know exactly. I know what xml is, I work with it but don't know how to use these yet. Have seen it on a few websites.

RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication.

 

Its basically a way of 'sharing' information between web sites, or between web sites and special programs that read the RSS feeds from web sites.

 

Ultimatley it allows you to read the details from a web site, without actually visiting it, it normally displays kind of like email messages in your email reader.

 

The cruise critic ones output articles and news.
