Carnival Cruise Air / Northwest

I wanted to give you positive hope.. We booked everything thru Carnival for our Victory sailing 3/26 - 4/2 And it all went smooth with the air travel.

Yes we had seats all over the plane and we had childern ( 2yo and 8 yo)with us. The Northwest empolyee in Chicago was truly wonderful.. Helped us, and made sure on the plane we were all together. And no issues. She also changed our seats on the Memphis to Ft. Lauderdale flight. All flights out this day were actually over book, and it was amazing she did as good as she did, getting us together..

4/2 we arrived at the airport at 11am, and couldnt check in our bags until 3;30 due to their lack of luggage holding area.. bring some snacks with you, cearel from the ship or something.. there is no food on this side of the airport, only after you go thru security.

Once we did get ticketed and thru security it was cake.

We flew out at 6:20am from Chicago and got to Ft. Lauderdale at 12:50pm.. No issues making the ship..

Tho Hindsight now.. we will fly out the day before, we all were very tired that 1st night on the ship, from being awake at 3am to get ready for the drive to O'hare.
