Can you bring wine??

We are carrying on a wine bladder onto the plane in a compact

cooler; then pakcing it in the luggage for the ship

HI I would love to have some more details on these questions... why take the bladder out?? does the box show up suspect? is there a wine that shows more on the xray i.e. the mylar bags?? has anyone had a wine box confiscated? I'm sure the boxes are still easier to get in than the bottles??

Would you pack in your checked luggage or in your carry on? If you do bring it on, and it's found, can you pay the $15 fee and keep it?
