Bon Voyage gifts-is there a cheaper place to order from?

We are taking a cruise with 20 good friends on the Destiny out of San Juan. My husband and I would like to send each couple a bottle of wine. Does anyone know of a company in San Juan that would deliver to the staterooms? I know there are companies in Miami that provide this service to cruise ships. I figured there had to be one in San Juan and it would be cheaper than ordering from Carnival directly.
