Only 5 Hours in San Francisco!

Our ship will be in SF from 7:00am until noon on a Wednesday morning. Just hoping for suggestions on what to cram into that time? We plan to take advantage of breakfast and lunch on board. So, not really looking for restaurants. Figured we would head to Pier 39 and see what the Sea Lions are up to. Any other weekday-morning-friendly sites in the immediate area? We've been to SF a couple of times, so the main thing we are looking forward to this trip is sailing under the GG Bridge!! (Haven't done THAT before!;) )

That's not much time since it is so early in the morning. Walking down Fisherman's Wharf, Ghiradelli Square and maybe a ride on the cable cars. All of that is not far from the ship, so you wouldn't have delays getting back.
