Where do you find sales?
I usually get e-mails about them, but I don't pay too much attention to them because we have a military discount and multiple discounts usually (if not always) don't apply.

Someone here usually posts a thread when a new sale is going on (the one day sales seem to happen quite often).

I get e-mails from Carnival, hardcopy mail about sales, some large on-line TA type websites show them, sometimes the code is listed in an ad in the newspaper... coupons from Entertainment books etc. etc.

Always in the fine print. The don't all work on every sailing for every cruise and are usually quite restricted. The best ones come from carnival in an e-mail from being a past guest and signed up to receive all their sale information by e-mail.

Just call. The most common promotions that run often are residential, the state you live in. Military, the best, and longest lasting. Active, retired or vet w/2 years and honorable discharge. Senior, 55 or older. Past guest promotions, usually during the off season.

Then there is the "Biggest sale of the year", that runs almost every week now.

Call Carnival, it's an 800# and free and takes you only a few minutes to see if it'll help you.

This is for Carnival booked cruises only, not made thru a TA.
