Suite Perks RCI

Recommended Posts

On my March 8th Brilliance cruise, as a suite guest we had:

shampoo and hand lotion in a bottle (not just pump on the wall)

Easy Check in

Concierge service with open bar from 5-8 PM (on some ships only)

Was it worth it?

There is no way that I can drink enough diet coke to overcome the difference in price between a cat C (no concierge junior suite) and a Cat B (yes concierge Grand Suite). BUT The concierge was an island of excellent service in a sea of overworked, underdeployed service personel.

Would I do it again?

Only if RCI returns the staff to suite ratio to something that allows the room stewards to render the excellent service for which RCI has been well known.
