Formal Night/ Champagne Waterfall

On a 7 night cruise, the champagne waterfall is usually on the second formal night towards the end of the cruise.

 

On our 4 night voyage, there is one formal night scheduled. We all suspect it will be on our second night out as it is our sea day. Do you also think they will have a champagne waterfall?

 

We have some first time cruisers with us so I thought they would enjoy it.

We're cruising to Alaska next month and plan not to bother with the formal nights, just to save on a bit of extra clothing.

 

Would we still be able to participate in the champagne waterfall or should we stay "out of sight" that night?

 

We'll be on the Sapphire.

We watched from an upper level of the atium in our "street clothes". The ladies having their photo taken were dressed formally.

No reason to stay " out of sight " . Nobody knows you and nobody really cares how one dresses .
