FlashbackAlternatives Posted April 17, 2006 #1 Share Posted April 17, 2006 Has anyone been on this excursion? We will be in Grand Cayman in August (on the Miracle) and I like the flexibility this excursion offers. We will have 10-18 people in our group interested, with a few 4 and under kids. I like that (according to their site) the Zodiac can 'anchor' in 1 ft water by the StingRays, and that is also pulls up to a beach. Any thoughts, or other suggestions? Thanks Ed

Middleager Posted May 19, 2006 #3 Share Posted May 19, 2006 This Grand Cayman Cruise Excursions is a tour broker, not the actual tour operator. A zodiac can manouver easier and quicker than a larger boat, but will feel choppier in water. You may also feel more crumped, which might still be ok since the rides shouldn't be very long. With the size of your group, you could look into private charter with a number of the companies on Cayman, customized to your schedule and places to visit. You can make arrangements directly with them rather than through a broker.
