Lets talk about Evil, a naval ship I was on for a few years was called the USS Hoel, this ship was DDG-13, the symbol was the black cat and the Zip Code was 96664 LOL

Maybe you should call Carnival and try and book a room on the 13th floor, when they can't accomdate you, complain and tell them you want the 14th floor room at the 13th floor rate. Then call back and downgrade to the 12th floor, and ask for a refund from your downgrade of two floors!
