Are there any cabins with the full windows on this ship? I are thinking of doing Alaska in Sept 2007 and it looks like the 1 a are avail still. I am also thinking about a balcony - but trying to keep costs down.

Not even portholes for this ship. All interior 1A's. However, all no 1A's have bunkbeds on this ship. Why they even call these rooms 1As I do not know.

Well, I have been developing my own crazy theory about this. I don't know if they actually made these cabins a bit smaller than the 4a's or not, but I think they created them just so they can sell cabins at the lower price. And as a frequent buyer of 1A guarantee cabins, I say thanks!
