Is there is a way for me to tell my computer that I want it to send me all posts to a certain thread by email or notify me when a new post has been added? Just curious?

Yep, you can subscribe to threads. Just click on Thread Tools > Subscribe to this Thread. You'll need to have email notification turned on:

 

User CP > Edit Options > Messaging & Notification

 

Make sure you've specified an email in "Edit Email & Password" too.

No, not ALL posts. Cruise Critic will notify you of the FIRST new post in a thread that you are following. Then you must log on to Cruise Critic before they will send any more post notifications for that particular thread.
