hdawson Posted April 20, 2006 #3 Share Posted April 20, 2006 Actually, the U of Neb recently released their finding for airline service of 2005. Not counting Independence Air that is out of business, the top three domestic airlines for service were JetBlue, AirTran and Southwest, in that order. This is an annual study contracted by the DOT. Further, AirTran was recognized by the FAA as best at baggage handling. The low cost carriers are taking top spots every year now. Example: Delta ranked 11th, barely above their owned Comair.
