Ferry from Pateete to Moorea

Need information. We are doing a precruise in January in Tahiti and decided on the Island of Moorea. How do you get from the airport in Papeete to Moorea? I know there is a ferry...what is the cost and do you need advance reservations?

Sorry I can not remember the price for the ferry, but it was not outragious if that helps.

You do not need a reservation for the ferry or a taxi when you arrive.
