Kim - I am a first time cruiser and also booked a IS guarantee. I got my docs last week and they don't have a room number. My luggage tags are TBA. How do you know you were upgraded to an OV by your docs? Is the room number on them? I do know to look at the numbers on the bottom of the S&S ticket that come after your booking number, but when I call my PVP he says these numbers are not my room and it hasn't been assigned yet. I am just dying to know where I am! The 4 digits after my booking number would be a very nice upgrade if that is my room number. I try the gift method everyday and it still says guarantee. I always click on the chocolate ship. Even though I never confirm an order I laugh at the thought of 60 chocolate ships waiting for me in the room!:D
