"Iconic"

Has anyone noticed how Carol Marlowe overuses the word "iconic"? I was amused while reading through press releases, including her statement about the views of the "iconic" Manhattan skyline from Red Hook, how often she uses the word. Language creates meaning and reality, and the Cunard PR machine works this to the hilt. Just an observation to share.
