cmich068 Posted April 27, 2006 #2 Share Posted April 27, 2006 What time is your flight into FLL, and what time is your flight out? You have many options, but it all depends on timing. If you have time, and don't mind driving- Rent a car... $20 from Thrifty/Dollar, rent in FLL, drive to MIA, take shuttle... on the way back, Take shuttle, rent in MIA, drive to FLL... If your flight comes in later than 1:00 or leaves earlier than 1:00, or you just don't want to drive When coming into FLL, go to the Tri-County Airport Express counter (on the baggage claim level of every terminal), and get either a Town Car or Shared Ride car to Port of Miami. You can then arrange pickup for your return with your driver.
Cruisekrazy63 Posted May 1, 2006 #3 Share Posted May 1, 2006 We rented a car through Alamo and it was much cheaper than shuttle service. 37.00 for an SUV! We just got back from the Valor yesterday! DO NOT USE Miami Coach limo from FLL to Miami. We booked 3 months ahead and even called when we landed and they never showed up, after a little over an hr of waiting we had to find other transportation. breanne$5 Posted May 9, 2006 #4 Share Posted May 9, 2006 you can also go cheap and easy. there are all kinds of cabs at the port when you get off. i think it's a flat rate of $30 or so from port to airport. There is a flat rate, you can check other sites for exact price.

Your a little off, The flat rate from Port of Miami to MIA is $24, it's more like $75-$80 for a cab from Port of Miami to FLL. ;) ...
