Barcelona Bus

I have read several posts that mention taking the bus from Barcelona airport into the city. Are these coach buses with luggage storage below? How long does the trip take? Would the train be better? Thanks for your help. -Felise:)

The bus, if you have ever done it, is something like the buses they use from rental car agencies outside of an airport to take you to the terminal. There is a place for luggage. The cost is about 3.3 Euros per person and it takes around 1/2 hour or so depending on where you get off. As to which is better, look on the internet and see where the stops are. For us staying at the H10 Universitat, the bus would definitely be better as it is a 2-3 minute walk from one of its stops.

Thanks...I, too, am staying at the H10 Universitat. I see that there is a stop at Univeristat St. The bus sounds like a good option.
