Best place for sailaway

For those of us not lucky enough to have a balcony, where is the best place to be for sailaway on the Triumph? Also, can you register for Camp Carnival when you board the ship or do you have to wait till after the meeting the first night. Do they have a limit on how many children can be registered?

Aft, Port side, so look for the furthest point back on the left side, you get a great view of all of Miami and South Beach from there.
