Yes they do occasionally. For example The Navigator is doing a 2 day Paris cruise on April 26 and a 3 day Southampton, England on June 2 and August 25

 

Lightsluvr reply: The OP asked about one day or two day cruises. Read my comment - "except for the rare turnaround in Europe" One two-day cruise is pretty rare.

In 2001 I took a two night on the Radiance out of Seattle. It was my first time on a cruise ship. I did get my first c&a credit. I am now diamond:D Here on the west coast they do quite a few short cruises before the Alaska season starts. I hope that since rci is sailing out of Seattle again they will offer some short cruises in the future.
